South Shore of Lake Superior (Marquette, Michigan) – The Green Man has assumed the persona of the awakening trees and created a visual celebration of the sensuousness of twigs. Far from the bare lifeless sticks they are usually seen as, twigs protect and nurture the buds that produce the next cycle's leaves, flowers and fruits. They are all distinctly different (most of them anyway), and they are all beautiful.
